Lake Pleasant Regional Park: Shoreline camping and cove access
Shoreline camping remains closed. Park Headquarters and Operations Cove are closed, and Cottonwood Cove has no shoreline access. Other forms of camping and day use have separate arrangements; check the current park update.
The Agua Fria River arm has an annual December 15–June 15 closure for nesting bald eagles. Consult the linked closure map; this does not close the whole lake.
From November 10 through March 10, Pipeline Trailhead, its parking and restrooms, and nearby trail sections close for construction. Access connecting trails outside the closure through Cottonwood or Wild Burro day-use areas.
Flooding has closed sections of the park’s trails. The notice does not identify every affected segment; check the park and posted signs before choosing a route.
